In Seyðisfjörður, Iceland, I conducted fieldwork to explore Tvísöngur (2012), a site-specific sound sculpture conceived by sculptor Lukas Kühne. I was hosted as an artist-in-residence by the Skaftfell Art Centre, founded in 1998 by a collective of artists whose central figure was Swiss artist Dieter Roth.

The aim was to investigate the acoustic interplay of voice with sculpture, using the human voice as a tool of perception.
